Help Desk Plan – provides you with access to our POS Helpdesk professionals via a dedicated 1300 number for unlimited email and telephone support 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 363 days per year (closed Good Friday and Christmas Day), including remote assistance via web interface where applicable.

In addition to this you will receive free upgrades and patches for your current version of Elite POS software.
